Family oriented cottages 

located near Morrison Point on the scenic shores of Smith's Bay in Prince Edward County.

 

 The cottages are located right on shores of beautiful Smith's Bay. These rustic (simple, clean & comfortable) 2 & 3 bedroom cottages are on a 5 acres treed lot overlooking the beautiful Waupoos area. We are just a short 20 minutes drive from spectacular Sandbanks Provincial Park - close to vineyards, wineries and all of the county's picturesque villages and attractions.

 

Each cottage has hot & cold running water, private bathroom, its own deck, fire pit and gas BBQ. All are fully equipped except for sheets, towels, blankets, pillow cases, soaps, garbage bags and paper products (toilet paper must be septic safe with 1 ply only).

 

The kitchens are fully equipped except for cooking items such as your oils and spices. You must bring your own drinking water.  You can use the water in the cottages for cooking and bathing.
