A family oriented, housekeeping cottage resort located near Morrison Point on the shores of scenic Smith's Bay in Prince Edward County.
All the cottages are right on the lake. Non smoking and clean comfortable 2 & 3 bedroom cottages on wooded lots on 5 acres land overlooking the beautiful Waupoos area. We are just a short 20 minute drive from spectacular Sandbanks Provincial Park and are close to vineyards, wineries and all of the county's picturesque villages,walking trails and attractions.
Each cottage has hot & cold running water, private bathroom, its own deck, fire pit, and gas BBQ. All are fully equipped except for T.V., air conditioning, linens, towels, blankets, soaps, plastic garbage bags and paper products.
Three 2 bedroom cottages have wood stoves.
Sparkling clear water - we say the cleanest on the Lake Ontario system - abounds, with easy access to Prince Edward Bay and Lake Ontario.
We also feature: in-ground pool; volleyball and children's play area ; bunnies; paddle boats; canoe and row boat use included; pet is allowed on the leash;
